Bat advice for bat roost owners - roosts in houses, offices, churches, holiday rental properties, residential care homes, hotels, etc.

Fee includes: 

  • Site visit by experienced, licensed bat worker 
  • Report of findings and advice given

Exclusion of Bat Roost under Licence

From £560.00

Occasionally, a licensed exclusion of a bat roost may be necessary - exclusion of the roost will require to be undertaken at an appropriate time of year and according to methods set out in the NatureScot Bat licence. In some cases, a licensed bat worker will need to undertake the exclusion. 


Pine Marten Advice Survey

Pine marten advice for domestic and commercial premises - house, hotel, office, shop, etc.
